Organic food as an alternative

Due to these negative consequences, a form of food production has developed in the world that is concerned with not harming the environment, considering biodiversity, without using transgenic seeds or chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
This type of agriculture produces organic food.
In other words, food of animal or plant origin produced without the use of contaminants, from a food system that makes sustainable use of nature’s resources, protects biodiversity, contributes to the creation of jobs for society, and respects traditional knowledge in food production and the rhythm of nature.
To be considered organic, the foods need to pass through an evaluation and receive a seal, as I have already mentioned in another post about organic food
