Yoga is divided into Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation), Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Kapalabhati, pranayama and many other effective yoga poses that help to reduce weight and fat in the abdomen.

Yoga works on the physical, mental and spiritual aspects. Many people use the practice of yoga for weight loss. The combination of dedication, patience and healthy habits is the key to a healthy and disease-free body. For those who prefer more fluid yoga, we recommend Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
